Our friends and we decided to try Ivy Tech culinary college restaurant. It has beautiful woodwork from an old mansion. There are amazing ovetviews of Indianapolis. We were greeted promptly and taken to a table with a wonderful view. We had a pleasant waitress and were handed menus. For the appetizer, I had a Greek salad which was very lightly dtessed. The vegetables were crisped snd fresh. My hubby and my girlfriend had the French onion soup which was vrry thick with onions and very salty. One thing about the menu was that there was listed "special" for each course but that night, there were no specials. For the entree I had Thai peanut sauce noodles and hubby had pork tacos. It was some kind of layered mango with mascopone. The top was bright orange with lots of gelatin. The mascopone was smooth and tasty. The rest was kind of grainy. I am glad we went to try the food but I wouldn't return. Each...
