All I can say is GROSS!!!!! I had the meat lovers omelet and the eggs tasted weird, the onions and green onions were not cooked all the way and it wasnt even hot enough to melt the cheese. The hashbrowns that came with it were decent i suppose but lacked flavor. The coffee.....well lets just say that there wasnt enough sugar or creamer to make it it worth the $2.99 they charged me!! I have never been somewhere for breakfast and the coffee at least not come with the meal!! I ordered a small orange juice, which i believe was no more than like 4oz, and was charged $3.99!!!! Don't get me wrong it is fresh squeezed, but $4??? Last but very much not the least.......the meal came with a side of french toast, which was a large piece cut in half. The was the most amazing part of the entire meal. It was served with cinnamon butter on the side, this has to be some of the BEST french toast I have ever had!! If I ever return to this place I will definitely ONLY get the french toast and it will be to-go for sure! The waitress I had must have not had enough to do because she kept walking slowly to the back and coming out a few mins later with nothing in her hand. She looked a little lost at what she was supposed to be doing......i asked 4 times for my check to finally having the manager ask me if everything was fine, i simply gave half smile, rolled my eyes and said I am just patiently waiting for my check, in which he walked rite over to the computer and printed it off for me.....not sure why it was that difficult for the waitress whom seemed like she didnt have anything to do?! When I received my bill to see that it was $18.69 😲😳 I almost flipped out!!!! I couldnt believe that this entire disgusting meal (outside of the french toast) cost 1 person almost $20??? Yea.....most definitely, more than likely wont be returning!! Get way better food, add the coffee to the meal and get some better customer service and then I might.....I am sure that I am not the only 1 that feels that way...
Read moreWe have been to their restaurants three times. The 1st time, on 21st and Shadeland- a chipped plate was used to serve food. Once it was brought to server's attention she disappeared and we had to check ourselves out, and let manager know. The manager then argued with us when we requested a discount. She gave us 10% off. If it were me running their restaurant anyone with that issue would have eaten for free. The $2 in food cost is not worth a lawsuit, or the dissatisfaction for that matter. However they were being cheap, careless and treating us as a problem for them.
2nd time- Great service, food mediocre. on Meridian St. on a Friday morning. You could tell they were on their "A" Game for the business crowd, however I was not going to complain since we were there to say goodbye to a great co-worker.
3rd time, Saturday morning, 3/25/17 on Meridian. They sat us and we waited 10 minutes while 4 servers (all female) stared at us and didn't help. Finally guy comes and helps us. $4 for "fresh squeezed orange juice" (less than 8 o.z)! The breakfast was tastleless and had cold "mini waffles" which are a joke. $16 later (for just myself) and when we complained they just said "sorry".
Mediocre quality food and service. We won't be back. Lincoln Square banks on the chain they have going and their name recognition. They are poorly run and staffed by people who could care less, it's just a job.
If you want quality breakfast try LePeep- who can rarely be beat for their value/quality/quantity and no questions asked, polite and...
Read moreHorrible had family in town was all trying eat breakfast before everyone got on the road we had 18 ppl 16 and 2 small kids first we were told we couldn't make a reservation until everyone came in from outside only to be told we had to wait on seating .... then they attempted to split us up in the big table top room . I was next told that they couldn't push tables together to accommodate us .. in addition to the rudeness of service ppl not trying to help and the attitudes in the air from us trying to make it work the vibe was horrible. We left and took our easy $300 plus to red lobster which was great because they found away to accommodate us and keep us comfortable which turned out to be about 450 and a lot of gud tips I tipped 100 jus for the excellent services and effort to accommodate that's not including the tips from each family bill...... Wonder how the owner of LSPH and waitresses feels about knowing his front staff let 300 + walk out because they were to lazy and rude to serve such a big group. Doubt he will be happy. I actually love this place but I attend 56 emerson and my service is always great . I will never come here again on meridian nor will I suggest it to anyone I suggested this place to my family and was highly embarrassed cuz I spoke about good food and we couldn't even get past the service to enjoy .... hope things get better for this place wit accommodating...
