Yesterday, I shopped at Restaurant Depot. When I was ready and checked out at the cashier, the Assistant manager JT came to me and asked me to check my clothes. After the Assistant manager JT was done on checking my clothes, then he told me to leave, or he'd call the police for trespassing. I asked him to check the camera. He declined. Today, I talked with the Branch Manager (Brian Robinson). Taking face to face, Tell me he would call me today. Never call me back. I can't file a complaint to Restaurant Depot headquarters so they are aware of the assistant manager's JT action. The second time, I was asked to leave again by the Branch Manager (Brain Robinson). His reason to ask me out is that I just took two photos inside. Here is the location of Restaurant Depot: 2120 Enterprise Park Pl, Indianapolis, IN 46218 Date of incident: Jan. 9 Sun. 2022 14:09 PM EST (2:09) I tried everything on my end. Out of 10 lawyers in Marion Indy, No lawyer can not help me. No legal basis. Both Assistant manager JT and Branch manager Brain Robinson's action is a wound to me. Both Assistant manager JT and Branch manager Brain Robinson are animal. I'm not human If I'm still doing any business with Restaurant Depot location 2120 Enterprise Park Pl, Indianapolis, IN 46218. This wound and pain will never heal until this company let go these two animal.
The date and time are 01/17/2022 at 1:42 PM EST. I talked on the phone with the Branch manager Brian Robinson. Both Assistant manager JT and Branch manager Brain Robinson are scum and the lowest by not recognizing JT's action to me. Additionally, both the Branch manager Brain Robinson and Assistant manager JT severely accused me that I was loud and off style when I asked them for cooperation. I have the voice recording. These two animals (JT) and Brain Robinson don't admit this incident. Both Brain Robinson and JT are African American. Brain Robinson is very biased to me. Brain Robinson took side on JT. Please don't work with Brain Robinson if other race are Latino, Arab, and Asian. I guarantee cutting off my head. Brain Robinson solved my problem by chosen to side with JT.
I can no longer negotiate. Restaurant Depot is the worst and the lowest manager I have ever seen. Restaurant Depot deleted my complaint ticket#3269. Restaurant Depot representative told me that the Assistant manager(JT) is not on the file. Is that crazy Assistant manager(JT) back to therapy? This company representaive called me apologizing and come back. Restaurant Depot told me it's just a business. As long as Restaurant Depot employs these crazy managers. I'll not do any business and Everyone should not waste time and do any business with Restaurant Depot location 2120 Enterprise Park Pl, Indianapolis, IN 46218.

We all running business that requires employee's help to make it successful, I try not to bother someone who is occupied with their duty at work, but you can tell some ( or majority) others are not that enthused to be there, on multiple occasions I try to ignore them but today I can not tolerate no longer, I made a very simple request from the freezers department, the man treated me like I needed to beg him for his attention, he saw me give a gesture " hello sir can you help me locate an product... Before I was able to finish my sentence he cut me off "not now", he shook his head walk away, give that "look" I believe every customer would know what I'm talking about, I patiently waited and waited in the cold cooler till he's coming outside, first thing he said to me was " damn, you don't have to follow me everywhere" and went passed me, I did no follow him, I'm aware we are not allowed in the freezers, I waited outside in the cooler area, I merely wanted to find the locate a product from this department, I also asked others in the cooler department they did not know tells me to ask the freezer guy. Long story short, we comes to your location to conduct business in a civilized manner should be treated equal as you would like to be treated, work environment can be stressful sometimes we completely understand, but coming from numerous feedbacks from customers is not an excuse anymore, some employee does more harm impact to your business then you may think. I was in store to purchase an item and as always this particular location is trash no real leadership in building presence that's not a new things look at reviews for a years and still have same Branch Manager Brian and Assistant manager TJ who do not have any manners or respect for anyone. When I am in store looking for an item I needed and not instock so asked if other available option I will purchase and if it works I will keep it and if doesn't then I will return. Guess what I came back to return an item which did not serve the purpose I needed for nothing wrong with item. Now I am service desk returning an item I have digit al receipt but not paper copy so while I am checking my options how do I present paper copy, Assistant manger walked and said hey that's over $1500 item we are not going to take return...wait a sec...so I was asked to present receipt so I asked my brother to come with receipt and while I am waiting for receipt..He looked at box and asked have you used and me being honest yes and as we discussed prior to purchasing this item if it works them I will keep and since it doesn't solve what i need for I need to return. we are not taking return and I can call branch manager and of course Store manager Manager Brian walk in and without knowing anything as my assistant manager said we are not taking return since covid, we have stop taking returns regarding food items. remember this business is food services so all I will say only get what you need and try to avoid as much as you can this place , hopefully company will find better leadership 1 day.
