25th Steak & Lemonade — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I don't know what to make of this business. Considering its location, there are quite a few customers at any given time. This was my second time purchasing food. I was unimpressed with the first food item that definitely underperformed. The business is not clean looking at all. Outside or inside. Which makes me wonder how clean the food prep area looks like. I'm sure the unkempt appearance is due to the patronage. If people don't Express they want and deserve better, there is no incentive to give better. This is a Strange Environment to me but it's really Not!. It just doesn't look like the Business Food Market we are used to here in the City of Indianapolis. They tend to be about fast food Preparation when it comes to Hamburgers? , so you could get a small over cooked burger but they have other great foods they prepare. And!!!! You get a Free!! Fargo Soda with every purchase. They don't even Monitor the Pop refrigerator really. But they do have Security type see through windows too see if your getting greedy. But most people just take their free single and go...

I ordered chicken wings and fries with no seasoning on the fries and Steak and Lemonade gave me chicken drummies instead of wings because they had been out of wings for a couple of days which they did not tell me when I ordered!!!! Once my husband brought the food home to me I see the chicken drummies with no seasoning and tasted and smelled like burnt grease.When I called back to complain the man on the phone was rude!!!! They should have at least tell their customers they are out of something without just giving them what they want...
