I wish I could give no stars lol. Well this may be long. The pictures you see online when looking at the floor plan is not what you’re going to get. It’s a select model! (They do not make this clear) please make sure you tour in person and ask questions to ensure your unit is what you applied for. I don’t have a washer and dryer or hookup & many others thing due to there false advertisement online. Let’s take about my move in. I was originally supposed to moved in 11/17/23 but due to circumstances I had to push my move in date to 12/4. Please take a mental note to that information. December 4th comes and I go into the office Ruby the leasing agent greets me goes over some paper work and hands me a goodie bag. I was so excited I thought I finally found the perfect apartment home. She gave no instructions on how to get to my apartment mind you the way the apartments are set is is a little strange. It’s like a maze seriously. So I finally find my apartment and first I notice the outside of the buildings. There’s a panel hanging off one of the buildings. I walk in the building it’s dirty, the washer and dryer are in like a utility closet it’s odd. So I come to my apartment and walk in. I notice the wood and carpet are new. Then I notice how dirty the floors are. I go in to the kitchen it’s moldy and dirty and even had a bowl in it. I open the cabinets they are filthy. Two drawers were not on correctly, the stove was filthy, I go into the bathroom it looks to be pee in the toilet and around the toilet. The floors are filthy. I go in the second bedroom the closet door is off the hinges and missing a knob. I immediately go back to the office. I did take pictures so I could show them. I talk to Ruby who shows me no empathy. She literally said “That unit has been vacant for awhile so maybe that’s why it’s like that.” She gives me the form to fill out and I do. From top to bottom. I turn the form in and nothing happens. Not the next day. So December 6th I find an area manager on linked in. Clearly I couldn’t go back to the office they knew and weren’t treating it with any sense of sorry or urgency. After this they took action and some things got done. It is December 11th and my toilet is still off the hinges. My fridge still won’t stay closed. The cleaners they said were coming haven’t came. Wouldn’t recommend living here.

I am just going to be honest, the prices are decent, but you are better off renting elsewhere. They (Monica and Deborah) mislead you to get you to rent by telling you that they will paint your cabinets and fix any issues you have. That was a lie as my mans cabinets still have not been painted and there are safety issues throughout that fall on deaf ears. The hallways are a mess with leaky ceilings and exposed electrical wires. You must use caution when walking up and down the stairs because the rails are not sturdy and the steps are waiting to cave in at any moment. When touring they show you a decent apartment and then move you to one that has not been taken care of in years. Save up your money and move somewhere where the office staff actually cares about the properties they are renting!

I would give it at least three stars if it was kept up to par & the maintenance wasn’t so trash, cause I’m not gonna lie to you guys. These apartments are pretty nice if they were to just keep their promises. but for me to be a resident for about a year now and coming up to my renewal time I still have a list of things that I’ve put in multiple times for maintenance to fix, and that has yet to be addressed, and now it has just been proving its point to the maximum We just had a really bad storm this week where our power is now out and i can’t even have my screen door properly work and let me go ahead and state when I moved into this apartment, I’ve asked to get the screen door fixed because it wasn’t even attached to the balcony door. I’ve asked to get this crack on literal tile that can cut your feet in the kitchen fixed. I’ve asked for a light bulb in my kitchen fridge. I’ve asked for new eyes on my kitchen stove because they are not straight so when I cook my pot tend to lean on one side and makes the food unevenly cooked and that’s not even the beginning of everything I also want to state that these were pre-existing issues prior to move-in and when I was moving in, I was given a sheet to list out all those issues on there and they stated that they will go ahead and get maintenance on them to go ahead and resolve those issues I signed my lease in July 2024 and there has been absolutely 0% of a progress made. oh yeah, and when you go ahead and put a maintenance request through the app, it tells you to go ahead and call the office to confirm your request as if that’s not what the app is for and then on top of that when you do call the office. It will stay ringing and tell you that it’s outside of office hours when you are calling in their literal office hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. It can be 905 or 9:30 AM or it can even be 10:30 AM or even better yet 11 AM or even better yet 3:00 PM it will still say the same thing that I am calling outside of office hours so don’t even bother trying to call their office eitherit’s been a year and I still have yet to get what I just listed done and they’re wanting to raise the rent on me and they haven’t even committed to their promise of maintenance. I find it quite ridiculous in the fact that it’s taking me up to the point where I have to post a review on Google and now looking through the reviews there’s a lot of one stars so I’m not the only one here that’s having issues here so guys proceed with caution when looking here it may look really nice at first prices may look very decent but just know maintenance is not gonna work you can have no AC for days and that’s not gonna get solved. You can have no power for days and need to air out your apartment so you don’t die of heat and you don’t even have a screen door so bugs won’t go in and it is looking all funky so the fact that I have to come on the Internet to go ahead and post a review in hopes that they can go ahead and push his maintenance is ridiculous guys. Please proceed...

I've never lived here however I’m here more than I am at home and have been a witness to all of the below mentioned issued. “I have been placing maintenance request religiously from the day I moved in. The list of issues is unending. From the day I moved in the kitchen cabinet handles were not correctly installed, the top of the handles were screwed in but the handles did not fit so the bottom were just loosely hanging, the toilets have never worked properly, you have to hold the handle to get a complete flush and ensure the handle releases to keep the toilet from running continuously. It is now The end of July and temperatures have exceeded 95 degrees on a daily basis and I have repeatedly contacted the front office staff about this and every time maintenance shows up it is without any notice before or after. They have actually walked in while I was sleeping, showering or undressed. The air is still not working and I have asthma and young children. To add to the innate inconsideration of the tenants the vents are filthy the common ways are not cleaned consistently ( and they allow pets, even more reason to maintain the vent system and common areas). Also maintenance continuously accesses my apartment without notice or permission whether I have requested maintenance or not and I have noticed my personal items missing. To add to my horrible experience here I have not been able to contact emergency maintenance outside of office hours, which is the whole purpose of emergency maintenance! There is no direct number and the office number allows one to leave a message that is not returned in a timely manner… hence the reason I still have all the issues with my apartment. You would think what else is there to complain about…. Well since I’ve been here my mailbox does not lock and is always open for anyone to access my private information and yes I have complained about this countless times. Finally, the electrical outlet in the master bathroom has never worked.” I wish I could give it a...
