The Store is wonderful, but the pharmacy has provided less than great service for years and today was the last I can stand. When requesting ONLY to look for another location which shows in their system who has a medication I need but they were out of stock. The technician told me to just call around and see who has it. If she has the ability to look, I'm fine with calling them, I understand people are busy but when you flatout have no intention of giving a crap about the consumer to ONLY help with who to call, I just cannot. I was on hold for over thirteen minutes waiting for any other staff to help. I tried calling the store and spoke with one of the managers who said they'd help but was on hold for over eight minutes before hanging up. I'm not someone to just let things go and believe me, the technician who showed no regard for what I needed either lacked the knowledge to help or the inability to care I will address with the pharmacy manager. I will be switching my family of six to another pharmacy. Less convenient but this was...
Read moreJust tried to go load my Chime card at this Walgreens, they ARE listed as a Chime loading location but both managers (one Indian lady, and one older white lady) refused to load my card due to it being in 1s. She kept asking me if I had bigger bills?? I thought this was very odd because Iâve loaded my Chime card at numerous locations and this is the first issue Iâve ever had. I told her no, Im sorry, do not. I am just a single mom, who is a bartender, with two kids, JUST TRYING TO MAKE MY CAR PAYMENT. The older gentleman working behind the counter understood and was just trying to get me done and out the door but both women refused. I immediately contacted Chime Bank to which they confirmed they are NOT allowed to refuse cash deposits based on the value of bills being loaded, and that that all Chime loading locations are supposed to follow chimes deposit guidelines per their contract. So here I am just trying to make my car payment but two power tripping ladies here making up their own rules as they go!! Wish we could all have that...
Read moreI understand itâs Christmas Eve, but this is the job you chose and in retail you should know youâll be expected to work. I worked in retail for many years while in college and I understood that. All I wanted was a juice and right when I walked in I was notified by this old lady wearing a vest (guessing the manager) âYou got 30 minutes!â. âWelcome to Walgreens, just wanted to let you know we do close in 30 minutesâ, would be more like it. Usually I wouldnât take something like that offensive, but she was very very very rude about it. Every customer in that store was being treated so badly and I over heard her talking nonsense about a customer she helped and how her order was âso f*ing longâ, those were her words not mine. Yet the customers still managed to get out of there before close time. Maybe getting a new job, outside of retail is what I would recommend for this lady. Thank god kroger was built right around the corner, so now I can take my...
