Several times now, I get notified that our "Auto Refill" prescriptions are "In progress." Since we don't usually have enough medication left to wait on another notification, I go there to pick them up and expect to wait while it/they are filled. Instead, I am informed that they don't have the meds there and are waiting for the drug to be shipped to the pharmacy. It is usually 1 - 3 days for that. So filling the prescription in not "In progress," in these occurrences. The drug is in transit. These are common meds that are "Auto Refill" and we shouldn't have to run out before we get more. And now, starting May 19, 2025, the pharmacy will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Since we no longer need a drug that CVS could not get, we will be going back to CVS. At least they are open for business.

The cashier did not greet me when I walked in. The cashier also did not greet me as I was checking out. I requested my purchases to be double bagged and she handed me the bag instead of bagging it up !! … In addition to that she seemed like she was frustrated with the transaction and was unprofessional. Perhaps she needs some additional training or a new profession.

Generally speaking this pharmacy is great. However, do not schedule covid testing here!

There is no signage anywhere outside indicating where to go. I arrived early and called inside; the woman who answered clearly didn't fully understand what I was asking about, but told me to remain in the line outside. 20 min past my appt time, I called inside again because the truck ahead of me wouldn't move up, and was told BY THE SAME ASSOCIATE I spoke to earlier, that their pharmacy drive through had been closed since February. The only indicator of this was an overturned shopping cart (no sign), which I couldn't see anyway thanks to the truck in front of me.

She told me--someone here for a covid test--that I should come inside the store. I reluctantly did so. Note there is a paper sign on the front door stating covid testing is drive up by appointment and not inside the store.

Recalling her total lack of knowledge during the first call and noting that there were two infants waiting with their parents at the pharmacy, I was not comfortable with the situation as a potentially covid-positive person experiencing symptoms and I left.

I waited two days for this appointment, and left without the test I need not only for myself but to relay to others I may have exposed before I showed symptoms and knew of my own exposure. I am vaccinated. So are the two people who tested positive and exposed me. Trying to do the right thing shouldn't...

Call Jamaican appointment for a Covid vaccine, at the location nearest my home. They scheduled me a vaccine and told me that it was within 3 miles of my home, and then when I looked up the address, as I’m new to the area, I realized it was 17 miles away. So I got up and drove 17 miles to get this vaccine. I ended up waiting 45 minutes, and there was literally one other person in the store. I then shopped around for my 15 minutes of time out, after the injection, and decided I would purchase a few things, with the lovely five dollar coupon they had given me. It’s not a coupon At all, it is just simply something they will scan, and then have you come back, to buy something else, to actually get five dollars off. I don’t shop Walgreens, what can I say. I walked out and left my shirt sitting on their counter, and I will not be going back for my second vaccine at this place. I will go to CVS, which is where I should’ve gone in the first place. And if CVS ever gives you a coupon, you can use it right this minute, never did like Walgreens, It’s literally been 15 years since I’ve been to one and I remember today why. Just go to CVS, everything is cheaper there anyway, they give you points for shopping there, and you actually get money off with your coupons. My daughter said she got her Covid vaccine from CVS, and as soon as she walked in they were waiting on her. Lesson learned. Thank you for the reminder Walgreens...

I was referred to this pharmacy by the Immediate Care on Pen Pike because the Walgreens on Pendleton Pike across the street from Immediate Care sucked! It was slow and often lacked enough medications to fulfill my prescription or closed due to staff not reporting to work.

Initially, my experience at this location was satisfactory, but unfortunately, things have significantly deteriorated over the past year.

I want to emphasize, as other reviewers have noted, that if you need something urgently, you will not receive it on time. I’m not sure what the typical time frame is for filling prescriptions, but I frequently receive notifications stating that my prescriptions are in progress. However, it often takes over a week for them to be filled. When I’ve gone in personally to inquire about the delays, the usual excuses I hear are, “I’m sorry, we’re short-staffed,” or I receive text messages indicating that the pharmacy will be closing early or will be closed for the day due to staffing issues. As of today, I'm waiting on a script my doctor sent in on Wednesday. Now, they are CLOSED ON WEEKENDS! This situation is unacceptable and has become a persistent problem at most, if not all,...
