I am so heart broken. Have been here several times, favorite tech is Quin and her husband. Today felt like crying. They charged me 39$$$ for a cat eye basic mani on a ten year old!! See pics, it’s horrible. I asked for a checker pattern on one nail. After three times gave up, BUT WAS STILL CHARGED!! They forgot to work me into a pedi, so was waiting. After paid they asked if she wanted nails redone! I walked out because just felt used and unappreciated and uncomfortable!! I don’t think can go back!!!

Edit: After they responded I need to clarify. Didn’t complain about cost of 10 yr old, that came to quality. Mine was that was charged after special wasn’t completed! I even asked that all nails were black with white added to make design! But was promised this way better. Then did not get design, which was checker pattern. How damn tacky is black nails with one plain white??? I did have fav tech, I know place was busy, that being said, the way was “handled” I’m humiliated, and don’t see a...

I had a very disappointing experience here. My 1st time here. I recieved a gift certificate for my 50th bday, it was to be a special treat. I should have stuck with the basic mani/pedi and not did any upgrades. Unfortunately I paid extra for upgrades. I didn't recieve an 8 minute massage, she dug into the side of my big toe. I had no issues before going in, that HURT and did for days after. My mani I didn't recieve any type of hand or arm massage. The gel was a disaster. I went back the next day to have it taken off and fixed but its still with bubbles and lumps. It was an overall nightmare and I'll never ever go back. I'm bummed because its close to home. I want to call and have my nails repaired correctly but I figure I'm a dime a dozen. LESSON LEARNED 100 %...

I got a full set of French tip with a reference picture and my nails came nothing out like the photo I wanted. There was so many things wrong during this process. Not only did the acrylic drip off my nails when applying but he only used a drill once and didn’t cut or clean my nails underneath. Plus the undertone didn’t match my skin at all, as a nail artist you should know how to do these things. I paid $120 + $20 tip split between two (pedicure was nice no complaints - she looked out for me and what would be best for me) but the nail artist disappointed me.
