Dollar General — Local services in Ingham Township

So the actual store Mgr is amazing and I love love love shopping her store. The asst Mgr- not so much. Anytime I walk in and see her working I want to turn around and walk out bcuz there's going to be a problem. It doesn't matter how much you spend a week or a month in the store if you don't have a RECEIPT for a $5 Saturday coupon on a $180 order you're not getting it. Even if you have an account online showing your $5 coupon. If you can't immediately access it on their sketchy rural connection you're not getting it. The only thing I can figure out is her bonuses are based on the $5 Saturday coupon because why else would someone be so openly - rude?...

The cashier Mike was so extremely rude, I walked up with my 4 items and tried to have a conversation and everytime I asked something he would ignore me. Went to use the restroom as an Amazon driver, Sam was nice enough to show me where it was and grab me the key, rude female associate Geane, had the nerve to say they were busy with 3 people in the store total and that I could find the key myself and cocked an attitude with the male associate Sam.
