Ingleside Pioneer Crossing — Local services in Ingleside

I absolutely would not recommend Ingleside Pioneer Crossing to anyone, based on my experience. There are better, more honest options in the Ingleside area.

Rented Apartment 127 from December 23, 2024 to June 30th, 2025. This was as per the signed lease agreement in which I was only given five out six pages (page 5 was missing). I gave verbal notice to the property manager in May that I would not be extending my lease beyond June 30th, 2025. I always paid my rent on time.

I moved out of the apartment on June 27th. I sent the property manager, Jackie Lott, an email on June 30th saying I had moved out and gave a link to pictures showing the apartment was cleaned and left in perfect condition for the next tenant.

On July 1st, 2025 I noticed on my credit card there was another months rent charge $1561.50 USD. This was for July rent which was outside my contract.

I immediately contacted the property manager, Jackie Lott, to rectify this issue. Her recommendation was to contact my credit card to dispute the transaction. I dealt with Visa (twice) on the matter and they said both time "it needed to be resolved with the merchant" by myself.

I have reached out to Jackie Lott, numerous time, to get this matter resolved. Email responses which had no results and texts and messages with no follow up from her.

I am asking the owners of Ingleside Pioneer Crossing, Foresight Asset Management, RealPage payment services, LOFT, or even the owners of Apartment 127 to contact me. Or suggestions of any means to get my money back through legal process.

Five months later, I am still waiting for my refund. No response from the property manager or anyone else. I am very disappointed it had to...

UPDATE: Got hold of the front office and got everything situated. There was a misunderstanding! highly recommend these apartments! definitely feels like home. Super quiet and great place to live!
