Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6386 — Local services in Ingleside

This VFW is a Big part of the IIngleside, TX Community as well s the lives of many Veterans and Veteran Families The Members of the Post and Auxiliary go to the extreme to make you feel welcome and ask everyone to be apart of such a wonderful organization. The friendship and support is incomparable in South Texas. There is always a Dinner served every Friday night cooked by the Veterans and supported by the Auxiliary. The proceeds of events go towards so many good causes, such as Support and Food for Veterans, VFW National Childrens Home support to local EMS, Police and Fire Departments, Scholarships for 8th to 12th Grade students, Nursing Scholarships. Helping other Non Profit organizations but mainly supporting our Troops and Legislatiion for Veterans. Post 6386 provides a place for many local Benifits in our Community as well as Events for the Community such as Family Freedom Festival, Easter Eggs Hunt. Mardi Gras Cajun Food Cookoff and who knows what is next Come on out and Meet our Veterans and friends and you too will find some of the best people there are to know.
