Update: I wish I could give more stars! We spent an hour and a half tonight entertaining our neighbors. There wasn’t one thing I wouldn’t buy again! Thanks again Pyro team!!! The recommended grand finale was perfect. Every single thing we bought worked as described and what we were told. Hats off to this place! Thanks again!!

Wow!!! I’ve only posted one review in my life. Why? I don’t want to say anything publicly about my bad experiences, but also expect at least a descent experience. If I don’t get that I’ll write it off as a bad day.

Any establishment/person can have an off day, and I understand that. I’m posting this because this place was amazing. I’ve purchased here multiple times, but tonight I had the pleasure of working with Wendell. I’m so sorry if I misspelled or didn’t present his name accurately. I’ll update accordingly as he should absolutely be recognized. This guy spent about an hour with me and my family helping me pick out the best of the best. I’m beyond thankful and appreciative of his time and patience. I was here with my 10 year old daughter, and my sole purpose was to get what she wanted. This guy was patient, kind, and honest. I was never up sold. I was never pushed into buying anything. He was even kind enough to speak with my daughter about exactly what she was looking for, ie: colors, sound, etc.

He even took the time to show us what we were buying on a tv mounted in the store!!

If you want fireworks that will make all the neighbors jealous, come here and ask for him. This place is special. Customer service is an absolute priority. I understand you can purchase your fireworks at so many places. They will have buy one get one, and other promotions. I’m not trying to throw them under the bus, but this is that good good. I can’t wait for tomorrow tonight!! Sorry for the long review, but I believe in giving praise when it’s due. Thank you sir!

PS: they even spent time/funds shooting off, at a safe distance, multiple fireworks to show the customers!

Kind of expensive but that's going to be anywhere, They had a really great selection. Not very great customer service, trying to make a deal on a large package with some people he knew were already spending alot of money. Taking up the entire walk way which is skinny to start with so not only can you not look at what's for sale but you had to squeeze through their conversation that went on and on for a good 20 min. Seems silly to me to be trying to get that one sale when their are alot of other customers in the store who's money spends just the same. Heck I didn't know what I was looking for and he could of made me a deal. I ended up spending a few hundred bucks just the same, and the boy who helped me carry it to the car was very friendly and polite so...

Our family visited here for the first time this year. We were disappointed in our local fireworks display, so we decided to have one of our own on July 4th!

We are by no means experts when it comes to fireworks, but the employees that work here certainly are! They were very helpful and patient. There is a very respectful young man who helped us decide on what to get. He was able to describe exactly what every firework was going to do!

Even though we went on July 4th, we were able to quickly make our purchases and check out. Everyone there was in a great mood and having a good time! We look forward to going...
