after getting gas around 6:30pm, I decided that I was too tired to cook. so I decided to grab us a sandwich, as I walkd up to the glass i greeted 3 stuff members with a friendly smile asking how they were doing, receivein nothing In return, so I carried on with a smile ordering my sandwich, well the young lady takin my order seemed very annoyed that i wasn't as fast as she'd liked, so after a few short but for from sweet, questions she threw the meat on the bread then she exitedthe area, leaving the other 2 to finish up. the atmosphere was very awkward and tense to say the least because they were in such a bad mood. at one point I noticed one of my sandwich had the wrong bread, and even after me bring it to their attention they never once offered to fix it or so much acknowled the mistake? I knew my mother couldn't eat tht bread so to avoid any altercations I offered to switch the bread out when I got home. still never looking up once! so I finally asked, are yal ok? yall being held by gun point what's happening? the girl made a gurrr sound saying we just tired. the guy looks at me and says "Im just NOT a PEOPLE PERSON" I was floored! I stood there for a min then looked at them and said I'm tired to, iv been working since 5am in Ashville, Bottom line is their attitude and behavior was very disrespectful to subways customers! I was not about to pay $20 for that service! I told them they could keep that sandwich and left, but not without me over hearing their nasty comments as I walked out the door of course.. Read moreI only chose one star for Ms Jody on first shift who has always been great! As for the rest... they could work on everything from hygiene to customer service! Considering there are not many fast food selections off this exit you expect them to be busy but even when they’re not the service is pretty despicable. They rarely ever pick up the phone. I understand being busy and overwhelmed but I have called from the parking lot when they’ve had zero customers and watched... no answer! I have stood at the counter and watched who appears to be management finish a conversation before dragging himself sluggishly back to help. It’s okay to hate your job but you definitely shouldn’t show that to the customers! They are sloppy with their appearance and their service. Didn't get her name but she is a blonde haired teenager. She rudely told me to wait before paying when I was just standing there already waiting. And then proceeded to tell me that I was messing up her computer by scanning the barcode on my coupon.
