If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ive been dealing with gastritis and inflamed diverticula since the end of January. It's now the end of February. I've lost 20 lbs in little over 2 weeks. No change to my treatment or condition. I've been brought back to the e.r multiple times by ambulance since being admitted once with no care what so ever. I was told one of the last times I had been there by Dr. Fanous they'd transfer me to Marquette but wasn't ready to go and didn't have things lined up at home to go. I went back a week later, in excruciating pain, 24/7 dizzy, dehydrated, haven't eaten in 3 days, hardly drank in the last 2. They ran blood work and said it was fine. First off. It was not. I got updates about my results in my email and saw my potassium was extremely low. I told nurse practitioner Byers this. She says, your level was 3.4 normal is 3.5. I laughed. Told her check again. She's wrong. Its on the low end of the yellow. Like 2.5. She left the room and didn't return for 40 minutes. All the while, everyone was all cutting up and having a good time behind the desks. I also mentioned that I had not had a BM in over a week, and the last time I did they were almost flat. Strong indicator of inflammation in the intestines. (Which has been a month) she did not address this at all. In fact she said it would be negligent of her to expose me to radiation when it's not necessary. Ok? I'm unable to go to the bathroom. I have inflammation of my intestines. So, it's not negligent to leave me with obstructed bowels? The kicker is I asked to be admitted. And then transferred. She said all they could do was give me a bed. And that wouldn't help my condition. Excuse me? So you don't do iv fluids? Pain management? Control nausea? I'm so mentally and physically exhausted it's not funny. Nope. Sent me home with NOTHING. told me to call fanous office in the morning. See what he wants to do. All I've done since day 1 of being sick in a month was receive a ct scan. And an EDG. Medications that are clearly not working. Im begging for help. And they are basically going to let me die. I hope someone does something about this in the event that something DOES happen. This has been far too long. We need doctors that care. Real doctors. Not nurse practitioners that have no clue about anything. Tell me my bloods are ok when their not. Tell me I can't have my intestines checked. Won't admit me when she knows clearly something is wrong. It's all...

Worst hospital I've ever Been in. SUCH RUDENESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL, ITS BEYOND BELIEF!!! I PRAY FOR ANY AND EVERY1 THAT IS STUCK IN THE SURROUNDING AREA THAT GETS I'LL HAS AN EMERGENCY, GOD HELP YOU!! I'M A CAREGIVER FOR SOME1 AND SHE HAS HAD TO GO THERE, WHAT A HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. SHE PASSED A KIDNEY STONE THEY DID A CT SCAN AND URINE( ONLY NURSE THERE) VERY RUDE UNSYMPATHETIC, TOLD US SHE JUST HAS A 1 MM STONE AND IT PASSED FROM KIDNEY TO BLADDER, ENCOURAGED HER TO GO TO BATHROOM, SHE DID AND PASSED IN TOILET, THEN GIVES HER SCREEN TO CATCH IT! HELLO???TELLS ME I CAN'T LOOK OR HAVE HER CT RESULTS, BLOOD WORK OR URINE. I'M HERE MEDICAL POA! She said eveything looks good sent us home, no doctor there, nothing. The next day or 2 went to medical records and wow! Urine has blood, infection, 17 mms cyst in kidney, multiple kidney stones, one was 5mm in mid to lower pole, questionable calculi, calculus in bladder, other stuff, wth, now she is really suffering!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy there!!Her son made her go when she had a terrible shoulder injury her hand was turning purple, any hospital would And could do a simple blood test for blood flow, no they do a contrast Ct, not necessary and she just had 3 mris not quite a month ago,,,,she said she would rather die a slow painful death than step foot in that place.....ambulance lady commented don't know how much pain she can be having she's sleeping when she called enroute, HOW RUDE, ANYONE SHOULD KNOW PASSING 5MMSTONE IS PAINFUL ANDBITSBAN OBTRUCTING ONE AT THAT!!!! Really nice people.omg...there was a small girl on ambulance that was very nice and professional the driver...

If I could give negative stars i would. ED staff were incredibly rude.

I go in because even though as a chronic pain patient my back was killing me in a way im not used to. In come "Dr" Catmull. While being incredibly dismissive he then begins to project his OUD onto me and claims my pain is intensifying because i take pain meds🙄😑. "Ive been down this road and was taking 5 80mg oxys a day". He asks me what i would like as treatment and inform him.of a mild cocktail my primary and i discussed in the past and a couple xrays. He says "that's not going to happen" and is incredibly argumentative and says hes not going to do any new imaging. He then offers me the same meds i have at home which has already failed. and we ask him to let us talk. My wofe points out hes not taking anything seriously and wants me to leave. I ask to go AMA because of the fact hes incredibly dismissive and doesnt care. I see the garbage he wrote in the notes of my chart and rhe outright fabrication.

After we left my wife took me to a totally different hospital. The Drs there did some images and discover that i had a 12cm herniated disc in my lumbar area. He was surprised i was even able to walk in. Tjanks.to them.i saw the neurosurgeon and had surgery by the weeks end.
