Amazon is a horrible company that purposely goes out of their way to screw over customers and employees for profit. Their untrained employees will repackage broken returns and send them back out as if nothing is wrong. They put it on the customers to deliver defective returns to their drop off locations, they try to charge you for pickup of defects that shouldn’t even be allowed out to market. Everything is advertised as next day or two day delivery, only to be days late. Contacting them is a huge waste of time because you get someone in India who says they will handle refunds, promising credits, and they don’t make good on their offerings. It is impossible to get someone to get back to you to resolve an overcharged issue. I just want to keep the item at the correct cost instead of the overpayment for the higher priced version.
