Fascists management lied about rent prices. They doubled it a month after we moved in without notice and use all kind of tricks to make tenants sign the lease the second time. We were recalled to the office every week to sign bogus documents. The 100 pages we had signed before weren't enough.

Morons made promises they can't keep. All the amenities they advertised are not part of rents, you must take classes to access.

There is no communication between the snobbish in the office and renters. The arrogants are rude, disrespectful, and avoid tenants as if we have a plague.

These selfish lack consideration--they added another layer of toxic paint a month after we moved in without notifications either. They did not care about those who have lung problems and allergies. They do whatever they feel like without consulting with the tenants and are unable to solve any noise made by some morons.

No matter what you see online or in person, DO NOT APPLY for these apartments. The process will take a year or more, everyone affiliated with this process will repeatedly torment you for more information, and in the end no matter how much documentation you provide them with or how logically you try to reason with them, you will not succeed. You will never get a straight answer out of these people. The application process is inhumane and so are all of the people you will be dealing with. This place is run like a maximum security prison or mental institution. I cannot see how anyone but the most skilled liars, connivers, and manipulators can make it through this process because I can vouch for the fact that a flawless background and total honesty will not work. I agree 100% with all the negative reviews below. What's worse than 1/A lousy build with cheap amenities that make seniors work harder to keep clean. 2/ Tiny units with no room to out a couch in the living room. 3/ Lack of transparency when it comes to disclosure of procedures. Those above is that they screen applicants. They prefer whites over ethnics/race. I brought this up with Fair Housing but it is hard to prove their misconducts.
