Between the Rinks - Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Irvine

This place is a joke! I have spent many days at this rink watching my sons hockey games and have spent a lot of money at this restaurant. Today the rink was crowded and there was no place to sit outside of the cold bleachers inside the rink and I needed a place to sit and rest my feet for a few minutes. The restaurant was empty so I sat at a table and 3 people including the manager came up to me and rudely asked me to leave because I wasn’t ordering anything. I kindly asked if they could make an exception because they were not crowded but again they said no. They acted as if I had broken a law! I can’t believe an establishment would act like this. I will never spend my money...

Our son plays hockey here and needed lunch before practice. Waited for almost an hour for our one burger, ordered it plain with no sauce and it was served with both mayonnaise and ranch. Due to the long wait we did not send it back, made the manager aware and he simply apologized and said it was the busiest day they have ever had. Which was shocking as there were no more than 3 other tables with customers. $26 for a burger, fries and a soda, total rip off. Will never...

I wish this place would have a happy hour or worthwhile to hang out since it is in our neighborhood. Rather than buying $9 beers and drinking alone, I go down Sand Canyon to a place with $6 beers and a much better atmosphere. I hope this place does well.
