Beware they will give you items not like the ones you measured in store. I asked why they don't have the same items in store as they do in their warehouse and the customer service lady hangs up the phone after arguing for a while. Don't even think about getting anything refunded because they will point you to the fine print of the receipt saying it's not their fault (they will offer in-store credit so you can be disappointed once again). They assure you that they can handle any same-day modifications in-store but I highly doubt it since the employees they keep there have two brain cells but only one can work at a time. Like others have said the customer service is non existent and the prices are so high that you can probably buy a decent suit for less. They only get away with this because they are basically the only game in town. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself...

Way overpriced. Got an item (bow) that was damaged already from the looks of it because when it was being tightened on the neck of one of the best men on the day of the wedding it literally tore in my hands. Like it was old rotten cloth not to mention clip was full of rust. Appears managers said it looks like “it was cut” like on purpose so I had to pay for it. Why would I cut a bow string when I need it to go around the neck. I recommend you drive a little farther if you have the time. 2 stars only because the lady at the store is super nice...

Excellent customer service, took my son for his prom suit. Picked up on date, no issues suit fit and looked great.
