If I could give them an infinite amount of stars, I would! We were a group of 12 that were lucky enough to enjoy a birthday dinner at Chef Tinos restaurant. His passion and endless love for cooking and people proves from the moment you walk in, to every bite of his magnificent food to the end when you walk out.

As a former restaurant owner in San Francisco, I rarely see this kind of passion in food anymore. When I tell you that Every single dish our large group ordered what out of the world delicious, it is the greatest understatement. We had a vegan in our group and she was able to enjoy numerous dishes that had made especially for her. We’ve travelled the world and im the biggest foodie and this is my top 10 restaurant! I’ll be dreaming about my next PR trip to Isabela!

I would definitely recommend this restaurant: one of the best in Isabela! The chef was here before and has now returned, bringing back top-quality dishes. The location is nice and cozy, and the food is excellent. The ribeye was outstanding, and the tuna tartare was the best I’ve ever had. Prices are also very reasonable.

The only reason for a four-star rating on service is that my wife is lactose intolerant, and despite informing the staff, they still added mayo-ketchup to the Guineo-battered chicken. For a fine dining restaurant, I would also recommend making the...
