I purchased a 47" snowblower for my X724 tractor and everyone involved was very helpful. I called and stopped in for several questions and someone always had an answer. Once I had everything installed, I could not fit the mid-PTO shaft into the front-PTO shaft. No matter what I tried, it would not connect properly. Once I called and explained this to the store, they dispatched a tech with parts to my location and they fixed it on the spot. It turned out to be a bad shaft, but they definitely made good on it. They not only did this on a weekend, but also during a big snowstorm. This type of service should never be expected, but it is always great when someone comes through for you like this. The company definitely went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase went well. I am very appreciative...

Never an issue with MN Equipment.

One poster writes about access from northbound hwy 65. Not a big deal or worth downgrading a review for having to make a couple extra left turns because a State highway doesn't have direct access to a multi-business location.

Another poster wrote about lack of parts. I personally haven't had an issue with this either, but I won't say it doesn't happen to others. They just have always had what I need.
