So, just bought house 'like we did' or your home needs a fresh new look and you have the opportunity to do some kitchen remodeling or maybe your bathroom or some closets. But, you don't want cookie cutter, everyone else has the same look from those other stores, you want to do custom cabinets!!! You want them done the way you want them done, professionally, great job, friendly service, the service that makes you stand back and forever admire thework threat was done, the whole kit and caboodle! I did an online search for Custom Cabinets and Joe Otto Enterprises came up. The star review is what typically gets me with a business and the reviews. I sent an email out and Joe got back to me right away. We set up an appointment for him to come out to my home so he could see what he would be working and start planning what we wanted not the sales gimmick you get other places, Joe listens to your needs and wants and like to haves. He has you do your homework with gathering pictures (Pinterest is your best friend) with what your dream kitchen (or other cabinet work) to be like. If you're unsure Joe has been doing this for so long he has such great ideas! So don't panic! Before you know it you're under construction and it's done. Now time to step back and admire all the hardwork done that turned into something beautiful for years to come!!! His team of people are great and fun to work with. I couldn't think of anybody else that I would want to work with when it comes down to Custom Cabinet work. We had some water damage to our home and when we need to see if there was damage in the kitchen, i called up Joe, he sent his team in to disassemble my cabinets and take them into storage. He took good care of them and my baby is back exactly the way it was the first time. No matter how many times you change your mind Joe will work with you to make things right for you! So give him a call, don't think on it, his showroom is right in Isanti and will amaze you with the options to choose for your home to get you started and this is what really got me even more motivated and for us fairgoers, he's even at the State Fair so go check them out you will not be disappointed. Custom Rollout drawers in place of standard shelves

First, I want to say how much I appreciated Dory. She is the first contact I had with Help Your Shelves. I stopped by their booth at the MN state fair. She is extremely knowledgeable about her product and is straightforward and honest. I decided to move forward with this project.

The second person I met was Joe, who came out to look at my cabinet, take measurements and answer any and all additional questions I had. He helped me determine how many rollouts I needed for the cabinet. He was at my home exactly when he said he would be. Joe is the guy that actually builds the custom rollouts as well as all the custom cabinetry they make.

Lastly, Ben is the guy who came out to install the custom rollouts. He was also on time. The installation was flawless. He gave me a tutorial on how to adjust the rollouts if needed and how to remove the rollout from the hardware if needed.

I replaced 4 deep shelves with 6 deep rollout shelves. These rollout shelves are very well made and are adjustable. I believe they are solid maple. I like the way they do pricing. All of the other companies I looked at wanted to come out and do a custom measure and then give me a price. At Help Your Shelves it is a standard, fixed price per rollout (dividers extra) no matter what size rollout you need. This completely takes the guess work out of how much I was going to pay for my 6 drawers. Dory quoted me the price of the rollout drawer right at the MN state fair.

I am so happy with my purchase! I plan to use Help Your Shelves again in the future. I could not do as many rollouts as I would have liked all at once. They make the process so easy and completely understand if you want to do this in stages. I highly recommend...

We met Joe at the 2022 MN State Fair and were so impressed with the entire experience with Help Your Shelves! From the in-home measuring and price-quoting by Joe to the scheduling coordination by Dory and then the installation by Brandon, we were impressed by their timeliness, clarity, honesty, simple pricing, product quality and follow up customer service. We decided that we would purchase the pullouts for some of our kitchen cabinets. The fact that the price is the same for each pullout regardless of size made it so easy to understand and decide.

Joe came to our home, measured our cabinets and gave us some very helpful advice about taking reasonable first steps to see how the pullouts would work for us. We scheduled the installation and cleared out our cabinets in advance, as they requested. Dory texted the day ahead to confirm everything. The installation took just one hour and Brandon took great care to protect our floors and cabinetry, cleaned up and gave a tutorial on adjusting the pullouts. The workmanship on these pullouts is exceptional!

The pullouts are incredible - after just 5 days, they have already transformed our kitchen experience! We now can look at each cabinet’s contents with ease and access the deep shelves in our island. We did some baking, and the ease of getting to all of the large bowls in the deepest part of the island (without needing to kneel on the floor) convinced us how helpful they are. We have also adjusted some of the pullouts after some experimentation with how best to organize them, and it could not be easier!
