Carolina Elegance Vacation Rental Beach House — Local services in Isle of Palms

After a long day of traveling, I arrived at Carolina Elegance tense and frazzled. I immediately poured myself a glass of wine and went to sit by the pool and instantly felt so peaceful at this home. The sport pool design with the volleyball net, pool lights of varying colors and seating in the yard was a perfect place to relax outside. The owner also had pool toys on hand for those traveling with children. As I explored the home, all of the bedrooms were so inviting, it was hard to choose the perfect one for my stay. All of the décor was impeccable and the sheets and beds were a dream. Some had great views, some had balconies and plenty of rooms with their own bathrooms. A large room upstairs with two queen beds was perfect for traveling with children and it had it's own media room with all of the latest gaming systems. As a mother of two boys to keep busy it was perfect! The rest of the house has several spaces to enjoy family and friends for relaxing as a group or having a meal together. There are nooks and balconies on each level so everyone can be together or break off for those perfect down time moments. As we settled in it was clear that the owner knows exactly what to provide to make the experience perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials you would ever need to cook a meal or entertain a group. It was better stocked than my own kitchen at home. The charging docks for all of your electronics was a great touch and made recharging convenient for everyone. There were TV's in most rooms with access to all the movies channels and stations you would need to unwind after a long day exploring the island. The house is close to great restaurants (you must visit Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and Coda del Pesce) and beach access but also only 15 minutes from Charleston. I stayed with a group at Carolina Elegance from 4/18/17-4/24/17. What an amazing rental! The owner just put in an in ground pool which was beautiful and refreshing!! There was even a volleyball net and volleyball provided for us. Overall, the house was inviting, comfortable, and well stocked with amenities! We all had more than enough towels, toilet paper, and shower necessities for our visit. The washer and dryer in the home was an added bonus. Our group spent the majority of our inside time at the wrap around granite kitchen counter. Perfect gathering place for everyone! The rest of the house provide plenty of space and privacy- just in case you needed to steal a moment away for yourself or relax and enjoy a different view or the amazing smell of jasmine from one of the many decks. I was initially worried about being on an island and secluded, but realized that the grocery store was literally down the street, and the beach was only 3 minutes away by golf cart. Would absolutely stay here again with friends or family, and we are so glad that we chose Carolina Elegance for our relaxing...

My overall experience of this place was great. A few work colleagues and myself rented this place for a week last May. This is a very clean and just remodeled home. This 4k plus square foot home is good size for a big family or large group. It's in a great location with great views. You are walking distance to one of the more popular beaches. You can hear the beach from the front porch. The electronics in the home are state of the art. The lighted salt water pool in the backyard is good size and the water is so refreshing. There is no signs of chlorine at all in the pool. Great landscaping. I have rented condos and homes several times before and certain things are kept in it as a given. Salt, sugar, paper towels, napkins etc. This place had all the little things that you need.
