If I can give zero stars I would. Was at the counter and just asked a simple question is this on the sale to the cashier the cashier behind us took opportunity then to treat us like dirt and act like we have no idea what we are talking about or doing like us there was the worse part of her day leaving my girlfriend in tears in the car. Horrible customer service will not be back here. Had this problem before with others as well not just my self ether. Seems customer service and treatment of customers is a real problem here with one or two employees. Will not be back rather grow my own food then spend another dollar here. It may be my own fault because I'm comparing it to Rics in Mt Pleasant, but I was disappointed. Was looking for something quick for a picnic, which I've done with the Mt Pleasant more than once, but I really want able to find anything I wanted for a picnic. I did get an interesting brisket dip with some bagel chips, and that was really good, but nothing else caught my eye. Prices are higher than competitors but convenient if you live in ithaca and don't want to travel.or deal with large volumes of people in bigger shopping centers. They occasionally have good meat sales. Rite aid is next door offering what you aren't able to get at Rics. They carry a limited amount of household supplies. Good for a quick stop for picnic or cookout supplies for a trip to a local city or county park.
