AT&T Store — Local services in Iuka

The guy that works in the Iuka, MS store is useless. My mother and step dad went in this store to buy a new phone and the guy didn't even offer to transfer the contacts over from the old phone. He said he couldn't do it. He acted like he didn't time to help them with hardly anything. They wanted a flip phone and as soon as they told him this he seemed very uninterested in helping them. I have worked with customers all of my life and this is very unprofessional and unacceptable for this day and time with as far as we have advanced in technology. He needs to find a different job. I was not to happy when i visited this particular att store. Not only did the girl(i wont say her name because i wouldn't want anyone to get in any serious trouble really) but maybe she should cause she not only messed the entire order up and basically ordered what she wanted me to have instead of what i asked for and on top of that she was very snooty like she was better than someone else. Felt like I was being hustled and money bagged here. I was told a bunch of conflicting information from all the employees that worked there. Just needed to switch my service from verizon to at&t to get better coverage since I just moved here my verizon service wasnt working good. Ended up having to buy 2 new phones but got everything worked out thank God. Hopefully they can improve their new customer experience and I will do another review after the contract ends and hopefully we will have a better review for this...
