I’ve been to this store a more than a handful of times. Everytime, I was absolutely astounded by how rude the employees were to me. Who knew manners could be so… upsetting to the staff. Everytime I enter, I feel unwelcome. They glare at me, avoid the door when I hold it for them, never return my politeness, and talk to me in a demeaning way. I had thought I had just been catching their bad days at first, but, I realize now that they are just very uninviting to customers, no matter how new and nice they are. I mean, if I ask where something is or how one of the stores checkout methods work, I shouldn’t be stared at like I’m dumb and just told something smart.    Read moreThe staff is non-welcoming unless they happen to know you or your family, but now after 6 years of patronage, and only because it saves a trip to surrounding stores farther out. I just expect a frosty customer experience. The big bald guy never cracks a smile and seems bothered by customers. I tried calling back two more times and got the same end result, so i call back again getting frustrated by this point only to get a line busy tone, they took the phone off the hook.
