Dream Cabinetry — Local services in Jackson Township

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.. Customer service is below a 0... If I could give no stars I would. This company has to be by far the worst to do business with. My cabinets are 2 years old and all they have done since 6 months old is discolor and now they are cracking at the seems. I have called Esther the Manager but that is like talking to yourself. She has to be the most unfriendly, nasty, non caring person that I have ever dealt with. She had the manufacturer come out twice and on both times the repair work was horrible. The shelves in the cabinets are now bowing with hardly anything on them. After the second time we spoke her answer was we have gone above and beyond for you, thats all we can do. Well thats not all you can do, How about replace my defective cabinets, or get someone out to my house who cares and knows what...

Maybe if you have a choice to walk out they will treat you well. We were forced to work with them through our builder, and they treated us with tremendous dishonesty and disrespect. Everyone i know in our development had the same experience. The project manager told us this as well. They steal your money while treating you like garbage, and doing a lousy job. Because they know you cannot go anywhere else. Check every item on your list, to make sure it's actually there, and you aren't being charged thousands of dollars extra over their already...
