Don't waste your money. Beware staff. After paying for my son to play indoor soccer I encountered some of the worse experiences as a mother to date. The indoor arena is completely surrounded by a walking track. Even the benches where parents are to sit are on this track. To get to the benches you must cross the track. My first visit was met by an elderly short brown haired women who targeted myself and my 2 year old twins. She verbally assaulted me about them "being on the track " as if there were somewhere else to be. I watched as she continues to yell at every child waiting to play about their balls shoes or anything else unreasonable she could nit pick about. Then she turned on her employees only to make them look downtrodden and belittled. I tried to shrug it off as someone having a bad day and then came future visits. She continued to single me out AT EVERY GAME. Going on to scold me about changing a diaper (PEE) ( there's no changing table in the BROKEN bathroom with no locks) and tried to force me out to a locker room through a small spinning door. Virtually impossible carrying two children and a diaper bag. Every attempt to accommodate the faculty was thwarted by this woman. I couldn't bring a double stroller ( or any stroller ) due to the only wheelchair access being a loading dock at the back of the building. I tried to bring cars for the little ones to play wit only for her to find problems with it also. I ended up having to pay a babysitter to watch my children or not attend the games at all. These were awful experiences and we won't be returning. I can only hope if she hates her "job" or children so much she chooses retirement soon before she scars...
Read moreThis place is a joke. My daughter has been playing basketball here every Saturday for the last couple months. Our experience has not been good during this time, but this evening's game was the worst. It was the first night game we've had to attend. Upon pulling into the parking lot, it was full of potholes, some of them pretty deep. It was also really dark (making it really hard to see all these potholes). They have lights, but none of them were on. People can't see other people and cars were very close to hitting each other on several occasions. You couldn't see any of the parking spaces. It was horrible. Even the guy parked next to us got out and said the same thing.
Then there is the entrance. The line is long to get in and out. They have a small revolving door. There were people fighting in the entryway because of the situation. I don't know how this isn't a fire hazard. By the time we got through, we were pushed to the side where people were trying to exit. We managed to get through them to the table to pay, only to be ignored to the point that we got tired of waiting and just walked in.
It has been a horrible experience here since we started coming, but tonight was the cherry on top. I can not get over the parking lot situation. So dark and all the potholes. Someone is going to get hurt. Honestly, if the condition is this bad outside, what kind of unseen safety issues are inside?
Finally, this place is not wheelchair/handicap accessible through the main entrance, and the handicap parking seems to always be filled with people that do not have handicap placards....
Read moreThe tournament was ran very very well. Courts were good, games, pools and brackets ran smooth and were updated quickly. So, all the other reviews regarding the atrocious parking lot... Spot on. If you have a low profile car, there is a chance you could damage your car. It's really that bad. Food, it's fine, I guess. Chicken nuggets, pizza, nachos. Bunch of pop candy and Gatorade. Looks more geared for a younger group rather than 17's and 18's. The guys working the concessions do a great job keeping everything stocked and moving. All the bad reviews about the disgusting bathrooms. I didn't personally see it. They were fine, even on the second day. So props to the janitorial group. And finally, temperature. Started off cool the first day and was warm by the end. Second day was good too. Oh, the revolving door to enter? Why? Just get rid of that thing. I didn't see anywhere for a wheelchair or even someone on crutches to enter. Overall, nice place to have...
