So my boyfriend and I are definitely regulars and we LOVE cold stone but we had a very terrible experience with the bigger girl with pink hair today. 1. She talks WAY more than she works. 2. Didn’t put peanut butter in our ice cream bc she ran out and was too lazy to go get more. 3. When she finally finished, she put everything into a bag gave it to us and said “sorry” with a rude attitude while 2 out of the 4 ice creams spilled open. Didn’t offer to reclose the lids or get us a new bag. 4. She had started the confrontation with a very un inviting look and an only a “What do you guys want”. We ended up paying $25 and some change for the ice cream, and since the girl that was cashing us out was being kind my boyfriend tipped 2 dollars. We typically enjoy the service and the ice cream we get, we would come and get it once or twice a week. The two other servers did great and stayed working, and even seemed irritated with the bigger girl too. I think that name tags should be in place, we will be coming back soon and would enjoy some sorta compensation for our poor service we had. We would love to come back with a 5 star rating,...
Read moreIf there was a 0 I would have rated them as such. This was our first time back to Cold Stone in years and it was an awful experience. The girl preparing the ice cream was rude and obviously "over" her shift and ready to go home. There was hair in our ice cream, and when we pointed this out she said NOTHING, rolled her eyes and began to make a new one. We notified the cashier and she said nothing as well and charged us for both. I again informed her about the hair, (in case she missed that), and she just said, "I don't know". I then asked for a refund and stated we no longer wanted the ice cream. I worked in the restaurant business for over 7 years and this was totally unprofessional. The refund took about 10 minutes and the "assistant manager in training" had to call the manager in order to get instructions on how to do this. We never once got an apology for the hair in the ice cream, no one attempted to resolve this problem, so needless to say, we will stick...
Read moreWent there a few days ago with my boyfriend. We didn’t know how busy they’d be, so we just ordered online. It said our pickup time would be 10 minutes. Perfect! Anyway, my boyfriend goes inside to pick it up…several minutes later he comes back to the car and he said they “didn’t have it yet” and it would be “another 5-10 minutes.” He said it was kind of busy inside…then don’t have the pickup time be for 10 minutes later if it’s not even going to be ready!! He went back inside and had to wait in line..again…and said they acted like he was being a bother for just getting our stuff. Also ordered cone bowls on the side…got charged for it and didn’t even get them. I didn’t go back inside to get them since they appear to have attitude and I didn’t want to pitch a fit over 85 cents. The ice cream was good but we’ll be going else...
