My husband and I were quite impressed with the quickness of scheduling an appointment to have tires that we purchased somewhere else to be changed, my husband's appointment was scheduled for the next morning, due to a work conflict, he was forced to cancel his original time they set up, but they were able to make an afternoon appointment for the work to be done, we have purchased tires from them in the past, and will certainly be purchasing our winter tires from them!! Service was great, very professional on the phone as well as in person.... we give this company a top 10 rating!!! Grateful for small town businesses that offer great and timely service!! Absolutely amazing customer service!! I was on I79 North, traveling with friends, and we got a flat unexpectedly. We put the spare on and get off at the next exit. Valley Tire Pros was less than a mile away. We walked in at 3pm on a Friday. Was treated to the utmost level of professionalism, friendliness and customer service. Less than 30 minutes later, the tire was plugged and we were back on the road. No effort was made to upsell us, and everyone we dealt with made us feel at home. First and last visit. Deceptive practices that will remind you of the old days. Had to order some agricultural tractor tires for the farm. Asked what it would cost me per tire - told around $100 per tire. Failed to mention tubes were required and additional shop/install costs that pushed total well over $300. Refused to acknowledge tax exempt status for farm use despite 40 year history of filling schedule F with taxes. When asked salesperson to explain - he said I failed to ask.
