Yellow Creek Inn — Restaurant in Jackson Center

I cannot rave about this place enough! I have taken 3 people here since I first found this place and wish it was closer to me. It's almost an hour drive for me and I still will make a trip to eat here if I can or if I'll be close to the area at all. There's literally nothing here I have tried that hasn't been absolutely delicious! The chicken parm which I tried the first time I went is the best I've ever had and literally melts in your mouth. 😍 The people that work here are always so nice and accommodating. I've had prob 5 diff waitresses now and every one was awesome! The place itself has a country vibe to it with beautiful paintings on the walls so throughout that you can actually buy if you want. Great selection of food to choose from. The prices are fair especially for the quality of food that's provided. I'm always too full to try any dessert though! 🫣🤭 I'll have to come here just to get dessert some time. Highly... HIGHLY...

My first visit with 3 others was very enjoyable. Not a bar person so was happy with the separate dining room. It was not too busy when we ate, but quarters are bit close, so if it was busy I think it would be sort of loud. The food selection was excellent and difficult to choose from. I settled for the chicken bruschetta and though it was acceptable, I wouldn't get it again. Thought the chicken was a bit dry. 2 of our party selected the veal parmesan and both said it was very good. The fourth chose the special ravioli and also said it was great. Salads were good and you have to ask for the rolls which were supposed to come with the dinners. I will definitely go back and try...

We came here for dinner with the kids on a Saturday. They were busy, but there wasn't a wait for us to sit down. This restaurant is a great alternative to the diners that each small town seems to have has. We enjoyed our orders, though our server forgot a side and the kids ice cream that was supposed to come with their meals. Not a big deal, and we didn't notice until we were already half way home.
