We were introduced to Windy Hill through a friend that used them for their kitchen remodel. They have a nice selection of cabinets and the same level quality that we saw at other businesses at a more affordable price.

Bonnie was wonderful to work with during the entire process. She put up with our indecisiveness like a champ and never seemed to be bothered by another question or wanting to see something one more time. During install our contractor had a few questions and her level of customer support did not wavier. She got immediate answers and kept the project moving even though it was technically not her responsibility any longer.

There were a few minor defects in some doors and we had no problem with their service department coming out to review. The replacements were ordered and swapped out easily and painlessly without any headaches.

That speaks to her high skill level as a designer. She made what we expected to be a daunting task very simple. She thought of every single detail before we did, with our needs in mind. They provided the granite contractor for our new kitchen, the contractor Granite Luxuries did a horrible job, uneven seams, unpolished top the whole job was a mess. They sent a repair crew back and they worked almost a full day and still couldn't fix it. They told me that was the best they can do. I filed a grievance with my CC and got a judgement but they refiled at the last minute and I wasn't given opportunity to dispute their statement. Very unhappy, had another Granite contractor tell me it would have to be totally replaced as I don't have another 3500.00 at the moment we are stuck with it.
