A truly, truly horrible place full of slow-moving administrators, absent doctors and just all-around incompetence. The people in Adult Care are so bad one lost a referral fora month, belonging to my mother...on their desk, covered with crap, her medical chart was full of errors I am guessing by people who don't care enough to pay attention, and just forget about getting help if you are a walk-in as opposed to an appointment, especially since they only have 1-2 Nurse Practitioners(whatever that is!) and no Doctor to actually see people. Expect a wait of up to 4 hours. The Medical Mall seems to be the place where people who truly do not give a damn about excelling in their position go to get jobs....
