I did a ninety minute float and it was incredibly transformative. I was admittedly a little nervous to try it for the first time but Jina made me feel so comfortable, explaining everything to me before I went in and giving me options to help me get really excited. The quiet, the softness, and the space and time to just be, was lovely and so counter to my day job. The space itself was clean with all the amenities you could ever need, including a nice hot shower after the soak. I am absolutely hooked, and hope to return to Jax-Zen Healing Arts Center one day!! As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere is calming and leads you into whatever therapeutic service you plan to participate in that day. The float and massage session I experienced were both enriching for my mind and body. Ms. Roxanne is very skilled in her craft and makes it known how much she cares for the total well-being of her clients. It has been a week since my session and my posture has greatly improved. OMG!!!!! Ms. Anita was fantastic with my first LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE. I came into Jax- Zen dragging my feet and immediately went to sleep on the massage table. But when she was finished, the Lymph was recirculating from my heart center and I swear I pee’ed a GALLON of liquid!!! And I left JAX-ZEN full of energy that lasted the entire day. This is new for me since being diagnosed with CLL/SLL last month and also starting a protocol of 1 year of treatment!!!
