The most horrible customer experience ever. The lady acted inconvenienced, rushed and borderline rude. When I asked about the prices, she told me there was no package she would let me know how much when I selected my pictures. I got 5 pictures total. 4 of which were small 5x7 and one 16x20 and I paid around $300. Ridiculous price. She asked if I wanted to make payments and I declined and paid in full, I wanted my relationship with her to end immediately. And I guess it did as I was never notified that my pictures were ready. What do the parents who don’t have that do? It would not be possible for a low income parent to have their kids senior pictures. Furthermore, the quality is questionable at best. Their was a gold steak on one of my pictures and some kind of dots in the large one. I didn’t complain because I figured I would just get the same horrible service. Shame on you Red Art. In response to your response, love the way you blame the unsatisfied customer for your shoddy workmanship. And that rude lady should call an apologize, you sure had no problem finding my phone number when you wanted $. Again...

I’m excited to see my son Senior photos yet I haven’t got them yet. I know it can be time consuming and business is booming, yet keeping customers up to date wouldn’t hurt. I Ordered senior pictures March 8, still have received confirmation on when I will be getting them it is now May. I can’t make invites for Graduation party due to me not having them. Ordered yard sign for Graduation on April 12 still haven’t received information I called several times no answer, finally she answered and said she will call me back, no call back. Sometimes a company can’t service everyone because it brings out poor service.

UPDATE** After I made the review I was contacted by the owner Chris, he gave me his sincerest apologies and corrected everything mishap on their end. He ensured that he corrected everything better before getting off the phone; even Refunded my money on the yard sign and I was still able to keep the sign!! Walking back in the last time was better, the energy was professional and I felt much better...

I have had nothing but good service with Red Art! They have done all of my children's school pictures, spring, and Christmas pictures, my daughters senior pics and her sports pictures. They have always been timely, very polite and respectful to all of my family. They have been a joy to work with and looking forward to many more years to come with the remainder of my children that are still home!
