When I was looking for an exterior door the two young guys up front so you can go back there and look through there yeah I mean you can you know go all the way through that that's for people to look through so I went back there I can't move these doors I have disabilities I can barely move one of my two hands obviously I can't move the doors by myself so I had to go all the way back up to the front and say can you please give me a hand I can't move the doors to help me find an exterior door a front door which they had none that did not have glass on them so I wasn't able to get what I needed so I ended up going to Improvement store and I had to pay full price but they did have a lot of other nice stuff that I was not in need of play kitchen tables nice chandeliers and furniture that a bunch of stuff flooring I just wasn't ready or needed any of this stuff at that...

Only 3 stars for customer service though. I live about 30 minutes from the location. After my initial purchase with them I needed other things. I knew they had a WIDE selection of windows from having been there previously. I had one specific window that I needed to replace and I had measurements. I called to ask them to see if they had one that size. I was told they would not walk the 20 feet or less to go measure a window but that I could come in. I know they rely on donations for their items, so I can't fault them on their selection, but some of their items were at full new retail prices, which is completely unacceptable for a thrift type store. Their back warehouse (where the doors/Windows/etc were located) was poorly lit and quite a few of the lights were missing bulbs.
