Hello to you all this sonic is one of the worst if you don't know how to count you definitely will be short meaning your change. It's sad and happy hour means happy hour if someone ask for the happy hour special clarify that's what they want and make it happen. I went threw drive thru around 5:30 pm on Monday the 11th, although the service was fast my food was terrible. My jumbo popcorn chicken was hard and old and it wasn't even chicken! It was pieces of hard crunchy bread! I called the manager, a black lady who sound absolutely like she could careless about what I was saying, and she acted as if she didn't want to replace my order! Everytime I go to that one Sonic it's always a bunch of young kids playing and dropping food on the ground! I wasn't pleased with my visit at all this time. Check number 318633...

Whoever manages this sonic needs to reevaluate who you hire. I get tired of your staff constantly playing. I ordered a Route 44 Diet DR. Pepper and a Hi-C slush with strawberry. Only person in line in the drive thru and parking lot was totally empty. She repeated my exact order to me correctly. So at what point do you have a reason to hand me a Route 44 Sweet tea and regular strawberry Slush after you read my correct order to me????? And the receipt told you what I order and you put the wrong drink in both cups with a screen telling you the drink...
