Had to edit....WAS..... Very happy with choosing Rina's to purchase my daughter's dress for her big day. Her consultant was absolutely amazing, friendly, and thoughtful for our needs and wants. They have a big selection for everyone's budget, style, and sizes. Made a what some call stressful time very easy!!! Appointment today and out in like maybe less then and hour and can't wait till her big day to see her all smiles. BUT........we was also told come in 2 weeks before wedding and they could alter dress with no issues and no appointment needed KNOW I specifically asked that question for clarity. Once the 2 weeks came,and also KNOW they knew when we purchased and asked about alterations that date of the wedding was March 24th, they could not do anything for us on alterations anytime before the wedding because it was prom season. Not only did we purchase the dress about 6 weeks to 8 weeks out from prom they knew they had a busy schedule coming up and still told us no appointment needed. Felt like they was ok with whatever they told us as long as they made the sale once we tried to get alterations. Nicole was absolutely wonderful . She asked me right away what I was looking for & after I showed her pictures of what I liked , she continued to bring dresses that fit my taste & what I was looking for . As a plus size bride , I was worried going to this dress appointment BUT I realized very quickly that there was no need to worry at all . The dresses were mesmerizing & they have plenty of options for any plus size bride . Everything was beautiful and affordable . The employees provide phenomenal customer service & Nicole made me feel comfortable & beautiful my entire appointment . Rina is such a sweetheart as well & I would recommend this place to everyone in the world if I could . Not to mention I said YES to the dress at my very first appointment . Visited this store yesterday near closing time, looking for a prom dress for my daughter. The employee acted as though she didn't want to help because she was about to vacuum. She just basically pointed us in the direction of over priced dresses, then when I asked the price of a dress on a mannequin, she really didn't want to do her job & said something to the affect of this is a Quinceañera dress so it will be more expensive as if she was insinuating that we didn't have the money to pay for it. She couldn't even find the price on the dress which we couldnt either which is why we asked her, she says I can go ask in an I don't want to tone & allegedly went off to check with someone else.
