Was there for the balloon drop. The employees was rude rolling eyes and tossing skates. We got there late we was charged full price 18.99 for 16 kids when it was supposed to be 10. Got in after paying the full price all the free party supplies was gone. Ask for different size. Skates was toss and eye rolling. On the way out I wasn't rude but I told them how I was treated. And I left my teens was a few behind me. And they heard the employees calling me names and other unnecessary stuff. This was my first visit and they was packed. Idk how it normally is. The employees probably was already ill bc of the amount of people. But regardless they should have been prepared. The count down to drop the balloon was a mess. They counted down at 1 the balloon wasn't drop. But all the kids in front of us ran. And the balloon wasn't dropped. And the kids started ripping the net down. It was just not worth the price I had to pay on new year eve. And barly any of the game work! Food was not...

The kids enjoyed themselves which is what matters for us. However we were scheduled to have the whole skating ring from 2pm-4pm, the party before us time ending at 2pm. So they were trying to clean up in our time slot we had, eating into our time and cost we paid for in that slot. Also throwing us and our guest off because of waiting. Nothing was ready for us, we are literally setting up as they are taking there stuff down, trash and the area had to be cleaned on our time that we should have been enjoying ourselves. Then the next party behind us is waiting for us at 4pm. There's no time alloted for cleaning and allowing the next party group to come in. Should be at least 15 minute window set aside for cleaning a preparing for the next party group. Staff was ok but management is suspect. I had my daughter a birthday party on March 26 from 6 to 8.I got the platinum package which included 30 tokens per kid,ice cream cup per kid,a balloon bouquet,a shirt,spin on lucky prize wheel and a song request with a free month of skating.They was out of ice cream so they made cookies.She never received her ballon bouquet. They was out of her size of shirts so had to get one too big.The prize wheel was also broke including almost all the games except like 5.2 large pizzas came with it and they were absolutely horrible.As far as the host,she was very nice and helpful.And after paying all that money they kicked my daughter out for 2 weeks.I definitely would not recommend having a party there.It never said you have to have at least 8 kids when i booked and some didnt show so i only had 7 kids and still had...
