The workers at this facility have proven that they treat public service workers like trash, and that they feel no remorse over it, either. They vehemently ignore suggestions which would make medical treatment of patients who need to be transported from this location to hospitals/care centers more effective in time sensitive situations. When the public service members passionately voice their concerns about why following certain procedures would be more effective (something they are encouraged to do as patient advocates), the workers at this facility feel it is okay to file complaints on these workers. Why would they be offended by JFRD’s interest in providing the best patient care possible? Seems to me that on an individual level this is extremely arrogant - and if said individuals were in need of patient care, they might feel a little differently.
When working as a public servant, especially JFRD, you are first and foremost a patient advocate. It has been made clear by the workers at this facility that rather than making it easier for JFRD to aid patients in these cases, they would rather show their dominance over the public service workers and side with their own egos instead. They are more concerned about being right than doing the right thing for their workers who become patients and need medical attention for time sensitive issues like possible stroke, heart attack, etc. They have proven just how arrogant people in supposed positions of power can be, rather than being grateful for the service they receive from JFRD and other public service departments. Not that it will matter in the big scheme of things, but this has heavily impacted my willingness to do business with Amazon...
Read moreHorrible horrible terrible horrible awful terrible horrible. So many more not so nice words describes the service from this amazon warehouse. Been waiting 5 days for my orders. You pay for amazon prime which stats delivery in two days, what a lie and false advertising. Still to this day waiting on my order. Horrible supervisors, managers, employees, drivers. Can’t get no answers from any of them. Amazon won’t cancel or refund my order which is the dumbest thing i hear because i pay with my hard earned money not theirs and i dont get my money back, what kind of business is this? Walmart is starting to look better than amazon and that not saying much. Something needs to be fixed. Drivers stealing my packages all the time by delivering empty boxes with no merchandise i bought in them so they would have to physically open the box. I hope this warehouse gets raided by police because the thief are inside amazon with their warehouse workers, drivers, supervisors, managers, list goes on and on. If I don’t receive my package tomorrow 6/1/25 I will be filing a lawsuit against this company and this warehouse. Someone better take this review serious. Read moreSadly have you ever been on a tour to this "fulfillment center" I have. And watching these employees work is A lot like watching a robot. It's a job that truly pushes humans to a point of going nuts. I didn't see A lot of people with a smile on their faces. And to see a human have a countdown clock to perform a task as fast as they can for a shift was pure madness. Let's not also forget these "fulfillment center's" are VERY LOUD and the way many employees are treated as prisoners being watched by cameras that you see and I bet ones that you don't. Listening devices are big with not even Amazon I bet, but other warehouse companies. To hear if anyone is trying to form a union. Out of these jobs, how many of these workers are still at this job a year later. Turnover at Amazon is big I bet. Is the money worth all what one would have to do day after day when these workers are treated like a company slave?...
