Let me start off by saying this restaurant has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve given them many chances because they are in the Loves truck stop where I send my drivers for fuel and it’s less than a mile from my warehouse. One visit I went through the drive-through window to make a order. All I ordered was three combo meals two was identical and one was a different one. The cashier told me you need to come in for all that this drive thru is it for all that, how rude and ignorant could that be and another incident I was told that the drive-through only accepts cash if I was paying with a card I need to come inside well, I’ve been in restaurant business before, and know whole concept of drive-through and the convenience of it ,so to give advice to whoever manages or operates this business whatever ever you have to do in the drive-through whether your debit machine is down or not you could ring off another register. That’s just common sense which I guess it’s not very common in this establishment. Well, this morning I came in to order breakfast for my team. I stood there for three minutes and was not a knowledge. A gentleman walked behind me holding his phone and when I turned around, I realize he was an employee. He didn’t acknowledge me. He didn’t tell anybody else I was at the counter he just went about his way in the back after about two more minutes later three other customers stood behind me one customer made a comment and said he guess everybody’s back there asleep I said I guess so and then an employee a young lady leaned her head from behind the wall while she was just standing with her arm folded with a headset on and looked at me so I decided to walk off and go to Chick-fil-A and spend $186 to feed my team. I’m not sure if it’s a corporate store or franchisee however, you need to get it together with your team honestly, I don’t think I will gonna give you guys...

The girl proceeded to eat her peanuts and speak with food in her mouth.. Then started having a conversation again. Didn't smile, didn't say hi just said what can I get you?. She then took another order all while drinking and eating at the front counter. When my food was called I received it and said I also had a drink, she just pulled a cup our barely glanced at me and ate some more peanuts. No badge, no receipt given. She was about 5'2 or 5'3 slender, very young and pretty. Long black wavy hair was wearing a jacket over her uniform so her badge may have been covered up. If this is the service at the front desk, I can only imagine what it's like where you cook the food. This girl has no business working there. I rarely give a bad review, even when service is not so great, but this was The absolute worst service I have had in a long time. After all of that, my food was not even warmed all the way a part of my country ham was literally ice cold like it had been in the refrigerator.

Read moreFirst of all the lady working the front said they serve anything on the menu. When I placed my order they were out of everything I’d asked for. The lady was extremely rude the entire time and her tone was entirely off. Once my food was done she sits it on the counter and says here is your food but called the customer behind me by name and then nicely handed him his food. I almost feel like she had an issue with my husband and me. We’re an interracial couple and I’d noticed she was nice and friendly to everyone except us. I’m not exactly sure that was her problem but her actions didn’t give me any other clues that something different was going on. This is the worst experience Ie we had at Bojangles and I’m happy to never see this lady ever again. I feel defeated and I’m disappointed that in these days I was treated badly due to her feelings. Keep ur feelings at home grandma and treat every...
