IC has a great campus... and the professors tend to really care about students. It is a real value considering that it is a private college. The only downside about IC is the fact that the male societies, specifically Phi Alpha, tend to smear the colleges name in the mud all while ranting about how they uphold tradition (their first line of defense when called out for dishonorable behavior). Phi Alpha caused a lot of troubles not long ago over hazing allegations... and has been linked to past negative issues (damage to property, bullying, littering) on campus. IC uses the history of the societies for promotional purposes... which results in a lot of 'get out of jail free' cards being passed out. It has been worse in recent years... to the point that IC has hired what amounts to being a professional babysitter for the societies. Got accused of something that I did not do and then proceeded to get railroaded by the whole school. I would not recommend this school to anyone nor will I ever encourage enrollment at...

There are many different opportunities that aren't available to all at other universities. The biggest downside is the variety of food in the cafe. But meal plans are flexible for on-campus restaurants too and take-home boxes of food. Some dorms have a full kitchen so students can cook for themselves. There are lots of opportunities to interact and meet others. No regrets here on picking...
