Taco Gringo- Jacksonville — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I usually LOVE taco gringo, and I still do BUT since the new place has opened alot of stuff has changed such as the employees, the amount of seasoning in the meat ext. Tonight we went there and I ordered a nacho with just cheese and sour cream, a large fry with cheese sauce and a junior chaplupa no beans, no tomato, no onion and no guacomole. When they called my number the man said that kinda of sauce on those nachos? I said no sauce he asked for sour cream and cheese only and he said okay I'll remake them. So they called us up there again and on my tray was the nachos, and a super nacho with fries so I said this is supposed to be a junior chalupa and handed them back the receipt which actually the front lady rang up wrong. Went there around 530 pm today 8/5/2022. Ordered then sat down, 2 clowns came in starting chatting with "Jordan", along with the other employees, we were only customer there.. 20 mins waiting for food... finally asked where our food and drink was they said OH, she accidentally hit a wrong button... they didn't seem to care just kind of giggled, they then took order of the two clowns, still no one doing anything for us, I spoke up and said just give us our money back, we'll go somewhere else. We went here on July 12th, July 13th. The first time I ordered a taco salad and it is so big I couldn't finish it . I tried to eat some later and still couldn't finish it . The size and price is nicely priced and plentiful. The next day we went back and got a 12 pack of tacos and I still have 6-7 left for a family of 3 . These are so filling it's hard to finish them . There is a ton of meat and packed full of flavor . In fact there is a bit of spiciness to them . The wait time was maybe 4 minutes and that was with the line backed up.
