Worst experience ever! Purchased Pit Pass tickets on line for the race on April 13. Driving back to the parking areas we were stopped 3 times asking if we had tickets. No problem there. Found parking space, no problem. Walked over to get in ticket line and stood in line for 40 minutes. Understandable. Finally got up to check in, girl working looked at my phone, counted 4 times to be sure I had purchased 4 tickets. ALL TICKETS were clearly marked PIT PASS TICKET. She gives us our wrist bands and thank God my boyfriend said to her “These are the Pit Pass wrist bands?” She looks at him and say, “no.” I get my phone back out and show her the tickets again. She and another lady get smart with us and tell us “This is not where you need to be. You need to go down to the grey building.” They tell us to take off these wrist bands, which we do. We ask where the grey building is and we are only told - down there. So off we go on a wild $-/:ing goose chase looking for a grey building. We finally find the said grey building and it is CLOSED! We search for help and finally come across a man with a golf cart. He tries to call different people and doesn’t have any success. Now get this - he then asks us “Why do you want in the pit area? You can’t see anything. Do you know someone down there? All it is, is a bunch of noise.” WHAT?!!! Needless to say we are all quite offended and pissed off by now! Finally he gets through to someone, tells us “she will be down in a few minutes.” And promptly leaves. When “she” shows up, she is disrespectful to all of us! Goes inside the grey building l, gets our wrist bands, hands them to one of the men in our group and walks off! Seriously the MOST unorganized, unfriendly and rudest people ever to deal with! This was all of our first visits to this track and it will definitely be the last! I would NOT recommend this...
Read moreWas our 1st time there. Was an amazing experience. Watching Keelan Harvick and Dale Earnhardt Jr. and all the racers. The only disappointment was we got their little before 5p. Purchased tickets the days before. Thank goodness. But, I needed handicap parking. My husband can't walk long distances. He uses a walker. He has Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease and a degenerative bone disease. They said they were completely full. But I saw many empty spots. But we still had an amazing time, and we will be back again. I'm looking forward to the next big...
