So in the end, this business did not solve my computer problems.

HOWEVER, this father and son team did sit down with me and open my problem laptop right when I brought it in. They made me feel welcome and prioritized even though it was obvious they had plenty of work to do beyond my issue. The dad here popped open my laptop and explained his process and thinking the whole way. Even though I am a layman, I did not feel patronized at all, but like a participant in the diagnostic process. Together, the dad and I determined my laptop's issue was a matter of a default in the hardware. Fortunately, my device was still under warranty. I contacted Lenovo, the manufacturer, afterwards and used the language that these techs provided me in the ticket. Lenovo sent me a label to send the laptop to them with no further questions asked.

In the end, this business didn't do any sort of repair on my computer. However, they were very welcoming and attentive to my immediate needs, making me feel like I was the most important person of the day as I came in with my problem. They confirmed for me that I needed to send my device out for repair to the manufacturer by opening the laptop itself and checking every possible piece that could be an issue. It cost me NOTHING!

I left feeling like I really owed them something because I sucked up at least two hours of their attention, but they waved away any sort of fee because they could not solve my issue after determining it through a diagnostic search. They were so friendly, kind, and enthusiastic about educating me about computers when I asked. I know I will take my Windows computers to them in the future and I am also considering consulting them about a desktop computer since they do sell them!

EDIT: Luke and his son helped me build a new computer. From helping me pick out the parts, to finding me the best deals, to physically putting my PC together, and answering any questions I had they were absolutely wonderful. My new PC runs like an absolute champ and I can now play any game with "Ultra" graphics and amazing FPS. Below this I reviewed an upgrade they made to my old PC which i gave to my girlfriend. They put new ram in it, cleaned it out, and installed a new liquid cooler while moving all my pieces to a more aerodynamic case to get my temperatures down. I can't thank these guys enough. I am super happy with my new computer, and my girlfriend is happy with her "new" computer. Thanks again guys

Original Review: My computer was running hot and i needed to know why. Luke was quickly able to diagnose my problem, and proceeded to give me a list of parts i can buy online that would work with my PC to fix the issue. I will be back once i get the parts to let him install it. He explained everything to me thoroughly and in a way which i could understand (i'm not the most tech savy). I'll update the review again once the parts are installed, but i'm sure it will stay 5 stars. Luke was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and did not charge me for his time today to look at my PC and dust it out for me. He also showed me his game room, and the PCs he has built for/with his family. The man certainly knows his stuff. I would recommend this father/son duo to anyone with PC problems or looking to upgrade their current PC/build a custom one....
