A Hidden Gem In Hidden Hills After living in Jacksonville for four years I have finally found a hair salon that meets my needs. Craze Salon . . .is clean, friendly , welcoming staff and very service oriented. I emailed the salon and was contacted by Janet within the hour. I immediately liked her over the phone and booked the appointment. Though still apprehensive walking in, Janet put my worries at ease and was completely professional, fun and charismatic. I put my head in her hands and was so amazed. Janet is my "go to girl". Awesome! I had a cut, color, full highlights and at Janet's suggestion (hahaha) my eyebrows waxed and colored. I was blown away at the difference. Ladies and guys I know that you know the great feeling you get when you found a hairstylist that you feel comfortable with. Jodi is Amazing! When I scheduled my first appointment for consultation she really took the time to listen to what I was looking for in my hairstyle. I’ve been a client of hers for several years and I always get tons of compliments on my hair😀 on my hair she has done color, highlights and recently my first Brazilian Blowout!!! Absolutely fabulous nail artists- particularly Ms Heather King. She has been my manicurist for approximately 4 years. She is very detailed-oriented and listens to any ideas you have as far as nail art. She is also super sweet. The salon people are also very nice, friendly. Ms. Nicole bleaches and colors my hair and she’s been the best at bleach person I’ve ever had (another detail-oriented person). I always have a good experience...
