St. John's Jewelry is great. I purchased my fiance's engagement ring and our wedding bands from them. I've had 5 interactions with them over the last couple of months and each time I went into the shop for the purchase and sizing of the ring or picking up the ring; it was like visiting friends. Sonja and Adrian are friendly, and have great customer service. I was just in there today to pick up my fiance's wedding band after they resized it. We talked for a bit and they educated me on how to best care for the diamond and rose gold ring. As I was leaving, another customer came in and they greeted him by name. It was clear they were friendly. It's so nice to have a friendly, neighborhood jewelry store in beautiful Ortega.

One thing I really appreciated: they helped me out big time when my fiance's wedding band came back a half size too big. The wrong size was ordered by mistake, and they took responsibility and made it right without charging me a dime. The best part is they did it so fast. There is a reason this little gem of a store has such good reviews. I called on my birthday to see about going for a permanent ankle bracelet and spoke with Sonia. She was so warm and helpful with information. I drove over to the store a short while later and was immediately greeted with the same warmth and kindness from Sonia and shortly after from Adrian. We discovered that they would need to order the link I wanted but they jumped right into searching for a charm I'd like to go with it. Additionally, I spotted a necklace I thought might be out pf my price range but they worked with me on a more than fair price and didn't blink an eye when I said I'd have to come back for the bracelet. The both of them seemed more concerned with me being happy on my birthday than about the actual sale. They even added in a lovely gift for my birthday just to be kind. I recently went here to purchase some earrings for my daughter’s graduation. Sonya was lovely and kind. She took the time to show me multiple options and ask questions to help guide my purchase. They also took the time to wrap the earrings for me which was an added bonus. I had such a great experience that I just returned to purchase a ring for myself.
