I bought a king size mattress from this place and they couldn’t tell me who the manufacturer is. I also asked if they could deliver and take the old mattress away. I was assured that they would for a fee. I paid the fee and they did deliver the mattress and when I asked for the old mattress to be taken away, the delivery guys said sure, no problem. Hours later I went outside just to see the old mattress laying on my lawn. This was a Wednesday and it poured raining. So I checked and the COJ bulk trash website said to have the item out by the road by 6am the morning of my pickup day. Well it rained another day before the pickup day so the mattress was soaked. That was my guess as to why the trash didn’t pickup the mattress. So had they taken the mattress as they said they would, no problem. Had they told me no to taking it away, I would have kept the mattress dry until pickup day. I am not sure if these guys are ignorant or could give a crap. They just need to have better communication and to follow through with their word.

I totally disagree with your response. I never went to the warehouse. I never looked at anything other than a mattress. I paid $29 bucks delivery and $599 plus tax for the king square size mattress. You have me confused with someone else. I looked at a queen size mattress and agreed to accept the king size delivery. I was shopping around for furniture and went to all of the usual big box furniture stores. I kept having the same issue over and over.. They were either overpriced or out of stock. I was working within a specific budget and came across "Tos Mattress & Furniture" via the internet. I reached out to them and they were amazing. They immediately sent me several options to choose from all within my budget along with the links to several financing options that I did not know were available. They made arrangements to have one of their employees deliver and entire bedroom set to me later that very same evening. The bedroom set was exactly as he had described to me and the quality was far better than i expected given my budget. If I had to choose one thing that stood out to me it was the exceptional customer service and honesty that won me over.
