At first we were very happy with classes here. My children had a good instructor and were enjoying it. Eventually their instructor moved to a different class and due to low enrollment my children were moved to another group with others who were much older. As a result the new instructor didn't know how to manage the class with older boys and quite young boys. My boys, being younger, felt bullied by the older kids and I witnessed several times when the instructor ignored the older boys shoving around my children. When I spoke up I was told to let the instructors do their jobs and leave my children alone. Shortly after this we needed to put a freeze on our account for a few months due to other sports and school schedules ramping up. The initial attempt to freeze the account seemed very easy, however due to a clerical error on their part I started receiving collections emails and late fees, plus a nasty voice mail. The admin in the office was incredibly rude about correcting the problem and I found the entire process so distasteful that I canceled my account. My daughter just sparked an interest in gymnastics this year and this was actually the first facility I found on google. I set up a free class and she loved it and I was actually shocked when I found out how reasonable the prices are. My daughter loves the teachers and other girls I would say the only disappointment I’ve had with this facility is that if a holiday falls on the same day as your class they won’t schedule a makeup day for your child. There isn’t a discount applied for the week your child isn’t able to attend classes either. My daughter was really upset that she wasn’t able to see her friends and teachers this week since Memorial Day fell on her day (Monday). I do believe they should do makeup days when they close the gym because the girls who have class every other day this week were allowed to attend that is the only disappointment we have had with...

My daughter is older (15) and decided she wanted to start gymnastics to prepare herself for High School Cheer!!!! Most of these girls here have been attending since toddlers and are near experts…!!! My daughter is kind of shy and I felt she would get discouraged seeing and working with girls younger than her and better… However, EVERYONE made her feel welcome and really worked with her.. it’s been just over a year and she is doing so well… she does a back flip..!!!
