The job was done a little sloppy. Read on. Wouldn’t bother with a review but they asked me to post one so here I am.
I truly wanted to give a 4 or even 5 star rating but I can’t. I had my iPhone XS back glass repaired here yesterday. I didn’t look too closely while I was in the shop because all I cared about was not having cracks on the glass. The back glass looks GREAT.... BUT ... I can clearly see two etches where they may have used prying tools to get the screen off and chipped some of the aluminum casing around the iPhone. Also, they may have used a crazy amount of glue or adhesive to seal the glass on the back because I can still smell it on my phone and all inside the brand new Apple Silicone case I bought before going into the shop to fix my iPhone. I spent a few minutes yesterday scratching off excess adhesive around the edges of my iPhone with an alcohol wipe. Even now as I type this I have my phone about 7 inches from my face and can smell the glue while I type. Then when I take my phone out of the case it’s even worst. It was a quick repair and less than half the price that Apple charges but I don’t think I’ll come here to get my phone fixed again. I was confident in the work because the person I spoke too was easy going and polite but I don’t think I’ll go there again. Don’t take a brand new phone there for repairs, take a phone that is fairly old but needs fixing because you may end up with a few scratches or chips from repair tools that weren’t there when you first...
Read moreI have officially used the services of this business twice to repair my phone and I have to say, each time has been wonderful! My first time was when I dropped my Galaxy s20fe and it finally fell just right to crack the screen. They were able to order me a replacement and have it repaired within 48 hours, and did not charge me an arm and a leg to do so. They were very upfront, and honest about what was needed and how things would be, and there were no hidden fees or upcharges in the end. My second visit was due to my phone suddenly stopping out of nowhere. I swung in on the last hour of business on a whim to see if they would have any ideas, and he was so friendly and willing to dig into what bizarre thing caused my phone to suddenly stop responding. He was quickly able to determine that an internal wire had become jostled loose and easily fixed it within 20 minutes of arriving. I fully expected to pay $65 Diagnostic and Service fee, as I had seen the notice posted, but was pleasantly surprised by a discounted price due to how simple the fix was. Though I have no intention of breaking my devices more often, I look forward to working with them in the future if ever needed, they...
Read moreWe came to this place because of advertisement of pricing. We went in met a nice guy, got both phones fixed and invited a family member to get hers. A day later, I dropped my phone and came back to get it fixed. I also purchased a screen protector. So we spent over $300 for two iPhones, one 6s and one 7 plus. My screen started messing up and I went back to see why, he said it was a crack at the bottom... I looked and saw what didn’t even look like a crack but more of a scratch. If you have a screen protector, why does a small scratch mess up your whole screen... because it’s not fixed to not break anymore. It’s fixed to be fragile so you can come back. He told me he would fix for $75.00. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a few extra dollars. Go somewhere where you are paying for your phone to be fixed correctly and not so you can come back if it falls on a mattress ! Seems like a real good guy don’t get me wrong but the amount of money we’ve spent in a week, go somewhere with a warranty because...
