These people are amazing. My husband and I recently experienced a family tragedy, only to return home from the experience to find that my cat had a major ear infection. His entire face was swollen and he was running 104. It was a Sunday, so we left a voicemail without much hope that they would call us back. Within a few minutes, Dr. Drake called us back and said she would come into the clinic for us. We met her up there, and she treated him. But she discovered that he actually had tumors in his ears. So she referred us to another clinic that could perform the surgery. One week later, my cat developed an infection in one of his ears, and dr. Drake treated it for no charge… this vet clinic has been here for us repeatedly during a time when I couldn’t bear to lose my cat. They are so kind and empathetic. I’ll never use...

My mother had religiously spent $135 a month for heartworm and flea pills not including whatever medical procedure or emergency. No longer shall we take our pets there !!! Nothing but scams and extortion. Kirbyville Veterinary Clinic said it was Texas State Law to have pets examined annually for Heartworms at $30 a pet. I called the State Department Of Veterinary Commission and there is no such law on the books. Even had a Representative call me back after investigating into Kirbyville Veterinary Clinics claim. Kirbyville Veterinary Clinic receptionist said they will not miss my mothers money...just pills alone has been over 8 grand. Money she has paid nearly every month since before 2014. Cannot believe the audacity and disrespectful attitude of the receptionist working at Kirbyville...

Editing my original review: I have stopped using Kirbyville Veterinary Clinic and gone to Buna. The receptionist and veterinarian were complacent when I begged for help because I was going to lose my Gracie if I didn't find a way to calm her enough to start some type of training program IMMEDIATELY. She was literally hurting people due to her anxiety and sheer size. I highly recommend Dr. Kim Foster and should have started with her to begin with since she and her husband have always been awesome with my horses. Never again will I go to the closest clinic just for convenience. My big Gracie is manageable now and a very happy girl since she can join in all of our activities and be calm enough to be safe around our family...
